I had an amazing experience with this company. They went out of their way last minute to come save my family from our A/C not working when it was 104°F+ outside. So thankful I called them! So many others didn’t have availability for at least a week, and they didn’t either but squeezed me in. Replaced some parts and got it working within the hour. 10/10 recommended.

This company is highly rated on NextDoor and by word of mouth. They are knowledgeable about rebate and government tax incentives that make replacing a system almost the same price as expensive repairs. Any tests are usually taken off the bid for work performed.
Jeremy showed up when he said he would. He checked my entire system out, made a few recommendations, tweaked a couple of things, and let me know that my HVAC system was working fine. No problems, and he didn’t try to upsell me, which I appreciate. I will be using these guys in the future!

Given the incredibly hot summer Texas has had, our A/C system couldn’t keep up. A family member had a great experience with The AC Guy of ATX, so we called them. They showed up quickly, found a problem that another company completely missed, gave us a good repair quote, and scheduled a time to come back with the needed parts. They returned on time and discovered the problem was worse than they thought. They made the repairs quickly at the agreed upon price even with the extra repairs. The biggest and best shock is: OUR ELECTRICITY USE HAS DROPPED, AND OUR HOUSE IS SO MUCH COOLER DUE TO THE REPAIRS. A great experience.

Great service and better people. I first had a system installed at my ranch house. They conquered it, and they drove the distance to make it happen. When I was having heater problems at my house in Hutto, Texas before the first big freeze, they made it out to me the same day. They let me know the heater was toast. They then got me a new system for that home at an excellent price and installed it the next day. I recommended them to my sister, and they took care of a recharge for her. First name I will give to anyone for their HVAC needs.

Had our A/C go out a few weeks ago and contacted our landlord about having it fixed, and they sent out someone who spent hours working on it and replacing parts that did not need to be replaced to still not have our A/C work!
